Technical analysis explained by Martin J Pring is excellent.

Pring's book is all (in fact more) than you need, and is very well written. If you're going to spend money on books, buy Pring and buy "Trading in the Zone" (by Michael Douglas) and read it 3 times. These are the only books you need - anything more and you're wasting your time and money. Technical analysis is really simple actually, and its the psycho stuff that you need to focus on.

There are many ebooks on TA, trading and invetment available for free download on the interweb. A proficient googler should be able to find a dozen or more titles in a few minutes. I am not commenting on the ethics, just stating a fact.
