what do u guys think of buying telkom long term at these levels?

short yes..

Personally, no chance unless the government keeps them nicely protected or they find a way to leverage their monopoly in other areas. They move too slowly and their service can't match hungrier companies. Almost impossible to fix that without a near-death event, I think.
