They have increased their assets, and also increased the number of shares. I do not know whether that reduces the value of the individual shares. It depends on many things, such as the true value of the new assets, and the income the new assets will generate. I doubt if anyone can accurately predict this. I am therefore watching the price, let the Market decide. If the market thinks the deal was good, the share price will go up, and vice versa. If the share's CLOSING price drops below about 84c, I will take that as an indication that the market thinks the transaction was bad.
