See that at the close of business on us markets there were huge volumes for gold shares namely anglo gold and hmy 66mil in last half hour. Could this be a sign that we have found the bottom?

The bottom zero for goldies? Lol, we are up almost 25% so far for the year. Looks like itÂ’s going to be a GOLDEN year :-) glad I didn't sell when sentiment was so negative. Gold was under pressure coz of rate hike worries, but investors are now waking up to the fact that wold is in a 0 interest rate & perpetual QE trap. Take away the QE and raise rates? then say hello to another global recession (i.e. the fed can't hike, may need more QE). Gold stocks were priced for gold going sub 1k (low pe & high dy), but they will reprice as sentiment change and a higher gold price get priced in. Gold stocks are still cheap despite the recent surge, better load up before you miss out on this GOLDEN opportunity :-)
