Nala, you an trade forex 24/5 through the week but not over the weekend. Having said that the Asian sesssion is very quiet and I would recommend closing your forex position at 10pm SA time unless you have a guarenteed stop and want to let it drift slowly through through the Asian session.( euro/Dollar and GBP/$) You can also trade the Dow and Ftse 24 hrs a day but once again volumes are thin outside of office hours......the Dow can be traded right through to about 9.30pm.

Main focus is on eur/usd but also gold and oil futures. Have a look at the demo account to test it out. Lovely trading platform, metatrader.
