were traders making more about a year ago?

I was making a lot more about a year ago. The market seemed far more predictable. It would come down for a few days then go up. Do others agree?

yep im steadily getting up there but not as quick as i would like, nervous markets makes for nervous traders, so only getting in now and again, but so far so good.

I have made very few trades lately - only long term position adding. Things are too quiet for me right now, with channel breakouts imminent. Since I prefer swing trading, I don't really have any setups. The best setup I have seen so far was MTN last week, which I missed, unfortunately

different market these days .. a year ago it was all bulls and we had just hit the all time high a few days back .. all bullish and all easy (just buy what ever moved) .. problem is that people adjust to new circumstances slower then circumstances change ..
