whats showing excellent value at the moment?

I was considering a buy in Investec Plc, but arnt there any local stocks screaming BUY BUY BUY? was also going to look at Woolies, its been affected big time as its usual customers have been under pressure.. and i have a problem finding financial stocks that show excellent value...please add your comments, thanks

Yes but were do you put the cash...I know sombody of considerable wealth who holds his cash at Fortis Bank....What do you do take the Belgium Gov word that they will stand surity for all depositers or do you go there and stash the cash under your pillow.

true,a friend of mine in Zimbabwe,has over the last couple of years has bought up all the face bricks he can lay his hands on and stored them all over the country as there is always the threat of seizure ,in an unstable country,in the hope of preserving his capital.A much worse situation than faces us at the moment!
