EPS up by 30%? I thought both LSE and JSE rules stipulate a trading update?

Sens is published once the Board of Directors becomes aware of it.

they already published their results .. so what are you saying - that the directors were not aware even after publishing?

In term of JSE rule, SENS is published when earnings exceeds a certain %, however it can only be published once this information is made available to the Board of Directors.

I say again - for the sake of pointing out a particular flaw in your argument - the results are out - are you saying that the directors were not aware of a 30% EPS increase even after the results are out? Because I don't see how your argument addresses my question as to why no trading update? (albeit that the trading update was published in a different entity, it is your logic here that is being questioned)

Skaap, primary listing is in London so it will satify London listing requirements first. Why would you expect a trading update in SA?
