well, on a purely technical debate - it isn't a trade in my books (but there are many systems). This stock is stalling in an upwards trending European market, so clearly not part of the bull club. My rationale makes this stock a high risk trade, because the inevitable pullback theoretically punishes the weaker stocks more.
