Man, this is disapointing stuff on the one hand and mildly encouraging on the other - at least the line was drawn in the sand . But it begs the question how on earth could OMU have decided from the start that this was capable of being managed or  , as "they" love to put it, "mitigation"?  The breach that broke the camel's back was a 101 level one?The SA financial services execs are mostly overpaid and underwhelming in their deliveries of share holder value. SHAREHOLDERS MUST  stop being so passive = there are signs of it happening. Unfortunately the collpase of ethics in so many auditors has exacerbated things. To cozy by FAR
