Does one need to take up the rights offer? i.e. what action does one need to take with regards to the rights issue being displayed on my portfolio?

You have the choice to follow your rights entitlement at 6900 cents per IVT share or sell the nil paid letters in the market at the difference between the prevailing market price for IVT and the take up price...
