The unions had their say, the workers had their say. Government had theirs and how shareholders having theirs. Lessons to be learned. Maybe Julius and the EFF can refinance Lonmin before they go bust and save thousands of jobs in the process. Imagine the vote of confidence......

Kwagga, Can the shareholders (assuming concensus is reached) lodge a lawsuit against the Unions for destruction of value in the company? NB..I am not a lawyer.
