Has been updated....Since I added EXX to my watchlist at the beginning of the year its price has moved up by 136%. ....During this time the consensus brokers had it as a SELL,now they grudgingly have moved up to a HOLD. I honestly can not understand why?... to see my reasons go to....sashares2010.blogspot.com for this and other updates.
