still massive and Nigeria wants it by month end .. MTN also shuffles management, but it too late, that ship sunk already

My conspiracy theory, the CEO made a deal with NCC that he would default and get a HUGE fine so long as he got a cut. Nice way too exit the company with a big payout :)

Simon.. Doing business in Nigeria looks like playing the lottery.. Theres absolutely no rational explanation for this 500million dollar increase.. Its sounds like someone woke up and decided... hey we gave too much of a reduction.. What stops them waking up tomorrow and cancelling the whole reduction.
