Name Change difficulties before relisting

The CIPC has been considering the merits of the name change since August. Someone else must be using the pencil?

I hope they list soon so that I can dump my shares and offset the loss against my capital gains to reduce my tax.

Careful - depends on if you've held shares for 3 years at least. You might find yourself in a trader's shoes with regards tax, this might be even worse than CGT, if you made extensive profits.
