SB OST Price Quotes for AMS

Anyone know why the SB OST live quotes page "scrambles" every now and then for some shares. I'm trying to place a trade instruction on AMS, but can't get a reliable prices quote; the bids/offers seem to all be scrambled with the top bid/offer simply showing as an elipses (...) - seems to happen when there's a lot of transactions?
