In their recent Annual report they had all the usual numbers and boring detail. One interesting number that stood out was their staff turnover rate of 37% !! Wow ...even with so few jobs available their staff must hate working for them....A normal rate should be 10-15%.
They would have done well to provide a reason. I doubt that it is because staff hate to work for this e-er. Me thinks it is the general trend (a) to hate work (b) dissatisfaction with anything (c) realisation on the part of the e-er that quality of staff is of low standard and (d) thievery.
