Tender offer

Has anyone had a look at this tender offer. It seems a bit low to me. Looking at the company's financials, it seems that MNK is worth more than the amount being offered in the tender. On top of that, the company has only recently been unbundled and the tender offer is a management buyout. The company does not have it's own website and it is quite difficult to find any information about it. This seems very strange to me and a bit suspisious also. Does anyone have any information about this or views on the matter? At the moment, the share price is close to 400c whereas the tender offer is for 320c? Also does not make much sense.

why even bother wasting time on something like this? Black empowerment deals are normally too complex to follow as a man on the street anyways, and your vote counts roughly nil. On top of that, you are, in essence, investing in a company that is 100% reliant on a South African labour pool to generate products. Given the current state of affairs locally, that seems a bit risky to me, IMO.
