When will TKG bottom out

I expected some resistance at the 6930 mark but it seems like TKG is nose diving. Any views on why the price is dripping with no recovery in sight. What's the recommendation buy, sell or just hold.

Hmmm - Good question, I think the limits was reached (just about). There might be a little oscillation for a while. The market appears to have anticipated the latest BCX news and it is customary for a buying share to retract a little - combine that with the "little" retraction the entire JSE experienced and I think it did well staying above R68. Fundamentally I think Telkom is far from worn out. Sipho Maseko is very competent and doing very well. He is taking those hard decisions ad steering Telkom in to a leaner, meaner company with much better focus. 8 June will see the release of their final results. Personally I don't think there will be a dividend yet, not with the exceptional events (outsourcing and retrenching) but it will be good and I fully expect next year to be even better. The fibre backbone that feeds most of the new FTTH installations is going to change the country - especially with the government on board.
