absurd fees and " trust me I am a director"

Will someone please explain and justify the bloated fee being received for the introduction of Stellar Capital..to PCT. ( Both as to quantum and as to justification.) This has every evidence of an unlock of values for directors - and their endless private trusts ( anyone care to dispute that?) and not much else besides - except the vague prospect of some minority enriching BEE group- unknown of course.
