I am experiencing a similar problem. I activated online and it says it's activated. But nothing. Still no-one helping me to get activated on the network. Did yours get resolved? How long did it take? Who did you contact?

I am battling in activating the sim card, Please assist, I have logged in but after I have accepted T's and C's, it can't take me to the next level and when m doing it via app, I put OTP numbers but it rejects them and say I must enter OTP details for card .......' please assist.
