Atm 3 month statements

Good day
I have been charged more than once for a 3 month bank statement which is done via the atm.

If I'm not mistaken you only have to pay one service fee for the 3 month statement, now my question is, how do you get charged more than 7 time for one 3 month statement.

Can someone please give advice on this matter. Thank you
