Cellphone and online banking won't work

I have tried so many times registering for online banking it just says ,details don't match and cellphone banking gives me an option to register but when I do it says already registered and won't let me login bcc it says register. Please help bcz I went to the bank and told them to link my new card with my details now I get notifications when I transict in an ATM or pay by card but just won't let me do cellphone banking n online.
