Can I kindly ask that you forward your Standard Bank ID (email address registered on app), ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "unable to send instant money voucher" so that we can escalate this to our development team for further assistance.

Hi, I just created instant money but didn't receive the sms with the voucher number and I can't find the history on the app.

Why am i not able to send an instant money voucher from my account
