Hi Mandzotho, sounds more like you are currently on a different dahsboard. Try to check under all your dahsboards if your Ucount is not on one of them. Should you still experience issues, please get in touch with digital team on 0860 123 000 option 3 then 4.

My UCount app disappeared in my Standard Bank app,I've been trying to re-link it for some time now without success.
