The OTP should be sent immediately after changing your details. The digital team will need to check if your digital profile was updated. Please send an email to [email protected] with the follow:

1. Name of the branch visited.

2. ID number.

3. Contact details old/new

 

You should received assistance in no time.

To whom it may concern:

 

I hope that this finds you well. This serves to ask how long does it take for one to receive an OTP to a new number that was changed on the branch? I also received a message that states that my cellphone number is changed, but the OTP is still sent to my old number.
