If you are registering for the app for the first time, and you have a UCount profile, you will be asked if you would like to link it. This happens during the products and accounts linking process.
On a tablet, if you’re an existing app user, who also has a UCount profile, you will select the Explore tile, then select ‘Get Benefits”, then ‘UCount Rewards’, and then select ‘Add to Dashboard’
On a smartphone, at the bottom of your main dashboard you will see a UCount tile. Select ‘Get Benefits’, then ‘UCount Rewards’, and then select ‘Add to Dashboard’

The Standard Bank app won't accept my login details for Ucount Rewards, all details are correct.
Exactly that. Get told I have to authenticate it and then the error message. Have tried for months. Before wasn’t important but now it’s requited for points as well. It did work initially: 2 years ago for a few months but since ....

I cannot see the balance on my ucount tile on my standardbank app on my cellphone.
If i delete my dashboard on computer and create it again, my UCount tile is not pulled in .
If i want to create a dashboard with my ucount card, it does not allow me to do so.
Please advise me what to do.
