Error when requesting settlement quote on app

Hi. I'm getting an error on both my vehicle finance accounts when requesting settlement quotes on the app. I used to be able to get one on one one of the accounts, but since I logged a request to fix the other account, now I'm unable to get any quotes. Please assist.

Can I kindly ask that you forward your Standard Bank ID (email address registered on app), ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "Error when requesting settlement quote on app" so that we can escalate to our development team for further intervention.
