You may access your VAF account using your mobile app.

Please follow the procedures below to add it as a tile:

• Launch the app,
• Continue reading
• Open a new account by clicking the button.
• Choose a VAF account.

To view your VAF account, you can link it to your mobile app.

To add it as a tile, please see the link the steps below:

• Log onto the app,
• Click more
• Click open a new account
• Select VAF account

To get your account balance. Please follow the steps below.

From your home screen on the mobile app:

• Select vehicle asset finance account (car loan account) tile to view your account balance and more.

To add your vehicle asset account tile, please see the steps below:

• Log onto the app,
• Click more
• Click open a new account
• Select add VAF account

If you aren't registered for self-service banking, our VAF team can assist with the amount on 0860 000 000.
