Can anyone assist. I paid off my vechile, in December 2019.

Requested log book received it.

The problem is the log book standard bank sent me is apparently been canceled and a new log book was issued to standard bank, as they apparently lost the previous one.

So they requested a new log book, as original was lost. However they sent me the so called lost one, and can't tell me where the new one is. They keep saying it was courier already to me.

I now have a car I can't sell or put in my name and I'm getting no help from the telephone when calling. Get told a manager will call me/email and nothing.

This whole situation is very suspicious and shocking service from standard bank.
