I have applied for finance to purchase a vehicle which was approved subject to verification, however since this nothing has moved forward. After numerous calls I am led to believe that this is sitting on someones desk who is not doing their work. I requested that this matter to be finalised today and have come down especially to sign documents. I was reading that Standard Bank has dropped to 4th position in the receint bank rankings due to poor customer service which is really sad as I have both worked for the Standard Bank and been a client for over 16 years. I would like this matter finalised today VAF should and could be done in 48 hrs, Can I be assisted
