Settlement of car

I have fallen little behind on my car payments, so before my car got repod I took it to a dealership they got the qotasion for settlement on vehicle and payed it and took my vehicle. My problem is my vehicle was financed over 72 months and the contract gave me a end payment amount. The vehicle was settled in 29 months. So now I payed full intrest on 72months and just over R28 000.00 more in charges. Now a lawyers firm contract me and say I must pay another R6000 or they will instruct bank to keep natis papers back. How much more must I pay? Why was my intrest not calculated properly and deducted? Are the bank going to pay me back all this costs as its not what is written in contract. Why do the bank not want to talk to me just put lawyers on me for legal fees for R6000 and they took more than R28000.00 in extra for reasons I do not even know and when you phone no one can answer you just drop the call after they say we are checking the system. Fri 5 times this happened. Do I go to the Ombudsman now.
