Sterling Debt Poor customer service

Good Day

 

A few months ago I received an email from Sterling Debt asking me to settle my VAF account or make a payment arrangment.

 

I then opted to make a monthy payment arrangment and at first when they send me the document to complete, I noticed a few errors on the document besisde the poorly written document format. Nerver the less the agent corrected the document and I eventually sigend it.

 

Fast forward a few months later and I emailed them last week regarding my account balance and settlement statement and to date I ahve not received any feedback from the agent that I dealt with. I tried emailing the address on the Sterling Debt website and my email was returned, at this point I am very concerned as they are still deducting money every month, but  cannnot get hold of anyone at the company.

 

I even tried emailing the standard bank Card Divison but no reply as yet....
