border letter

I want to apply for cross border letter and traveling to Botswana on Tuesday 24 and return on Friday 27 April. Please ugerntly assist as the last time travelled and requested the cross border letter was 3 January 2018.

Im having problems getting cross border letter, i sent documents to vaf department and i still got no reply, m supposed to go next week 26 April
