I have requested help by email Standard Bank Debit Care Center on the 06/04/2020, 22/04/2020, and today requesting for a payment holiday for the next 3 months due to the lockdown.
The reason I asked for assistance is due my household income has been reduced and therefore I need a payment break.
If there are any changes within the time frame that I am requesting a payment break. I will inform Standard Bank.
My debit orders have rejected for other accounts.
