ATM cash retracted

Good day

I walked away from the ATM and forgot to take my money as u was in a hurry.

When I remembered I ran back to the machine and saw the machine retract the money with a message to say your money has been retracted..

Please help I urgently need my money and have tried calling a few times but had only limited responses to say I must just wait and see if the money reflects back in my account
