To whom it may concern
I bought an electricity voucher for R200 via the app and used. The person it was intended for has not received the sms or voucher.

Where do I manage or cancel or resend or retrieve these on the app?

Can the bank do this for me then if facility not available on the app.

I am so disappointed they updated the app and literally went backwards 100 steps...before I could get my electricity voucher no. On the app now I have receive a sms witch I dont want because I have cancelled my cell contact...and now!!!!????
