Cell phone banking

I recently changed my handset and every time I try and use the cell phone app it asks for my card details to register. When I enter them it tells me the card is already registered. Nothing further after that screen. My cell phone number has not changed.

Everything is gone on my cell phone banking can't see how much money can't make transaction.
