Charged twice on my credit card.

I used my credit card on the 29th of June.

The cashier swiped my card, I entered my pin, she said it was declined and tried again.

Again, I entered my pin and the transacton went through.

When I receieved my credit card statement I see I was charged twice.

 

How do I go about reversing this??

Could you kindly get in touch with our credit card support on 086 120 1000, or forward your credit card details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "charged twice on my credit card" for one of our consultants to look into this further.

Please kindly advise what I need to do if I swiped my credit card last night and it declined and stated my pin was incorrect, I went to the ATM and drew cash and paid my bill however the amount still came off of my credit card.

Being a cash sale (besides the declined card) I have no proof!

I have the SLIPS from the machine but I ended up paying in cash! It is a lot of money and I have paid DOUBLE too!
