Deposits

I have an Elite account and was told that this account gets three free deposits every month. But hence In April and March I was charged for these deposits. Called the call centre and they couldn't help me but told me that this how Std work. I asked to pls explain this as on the Std website it's clearly states THREE FREE DEPOSITS. they then told me that there is a R5000 limit on deposit. Asked where does this explain this to clients on the Std website and nobody could answer this question. The branch even confirm that this type of account has 3 free monthly deposit so why can't anybody tell me what is going on. As still waiting for a reply. Yet got a refence no for my first complaint
