My mom sent me instant money but I did not the sms, I don't know what could be the cause because it is not the first time this happens.

Good day, my mom wanted to send me the money, but she accidentally sent it to her number, so she has send me the voucher number by sms and the pin. The problem is when I am trying to withdraw the money, it's say invalid voucher number. Please check them out for me, they read as follows 12776922027119519. Thanks

Instant money voucher SMSs are received within seconds after the voucher has been created successfully.

 

If you created the voucher. You can check the instant money voucher number under instant money manage.

 

To access it from the app, please follow these steps:

  • Open and sign into the Standard Bank App,
  • Click transact,
  • Select send,
  • Select manage vouchers.

You can request the sender to provide you with the voucher number by following these steps to access their mobile app.

 

If the voucher is from a betting company, please get in touch with the company and request for the voucher to be resent.

 

For any pin related issues, kindly contact our instant money team on 0860 466 639.
