Hi , I have sent money through Instant Money and the recipient didnt recieve the money because it is said that the voucher was used, is there a way to redeem the voucher or trace it to know exactly what happened. The voucher is not in the app (Manage voucher) to delete and re-send the money, please assist on how do solve this as the recipient needs the money?
