I have sent instant money to someone & he hasn't received the SMS with the voucher number yet. It's not first time happening.
What could the problem be?

If you created the voucher you can go to the banking app and either delete the voucher or resend a pin. Go to ' send' from the 'transact ' tab and than choose 'manage vouchers' from there. There you will see all the active vouchers you can manage.
