Instant money voucher SMSs are received within seconds after the voucher has been created successfully.

 

You can check and change the pin under instant money manage.

 

To access it from the app, please follow these steps:

  • Open and sign into the Standard Bank App,
  • Click transact,
  • Select send,
  • Select manage vouchers.

You can request the sender to provide you with the voucher number or change the pin for you by following these steps to access their mobile app.

 

If the voucher is from a betting company, please get in touch with the company and request for the voucher to be resent.

 

For any other instant money related issues, kindly contact our instant money team on 0860 466 639.

I have sent instant money on 5 Aug 2020 and now I don’t have any access for it can you please help with this issue so that I can have access to withdraw it ?

The instant money voucher lasts for 3 years, and if there are any issues, our team will have to look into them.

 

Please call our instant money team at 0860 466 639 to have them investigate the voucher you are having issues with.

If you created the voucher, you can change your instant money pin under Instant Money Management.

 

To access it, please follow these steps:

  • Open and sign into the Standard Bank App,
  • Click transact,
  • Select send,
  • Select manage vouchers.

If the voucher was sent to you by someone else, kindly ask them to follow the steps provided above.
