Hi why is it that your Midrand Branch is always so slow. A visit to this branch always takes me three hours just to collect my card. I arrived at 11:00. still waiting outside just to sign in its 12:39 now. The guy only signs in the people in the front on the queue so it screws the waiting time report. I don't mind waiting outside due to covid-19. But to wait so long. A visit to this branch always takes me three hours
