My account got frozen without any notice

I am so frustrated. This wonderful banking institution decided to freeze my account without a whisper of why they did it or how to undo it. I live overseas so trying to get hold of then has been an absolute joke. I keep saying it's like no one actually wants to help me, they just keep passing the buck oh email this one, call this one. You should realise that you are putting people's lives at risk when you freeze their account for no good reason, they need to buy food. That's the great Standard Bank...letting people stave.
