Morning,

 

I am yet again unable to access funds, transfer, buy etc on the app or online. Why is this? Also I note it happens every month! I have an emergency and now can't access any money! What has become of this bank? Disaster!!!

First check your limits which can be done viaa the Manage option choose liEAP limits. It’s easy on the app provided your accounts are linked. The same process works for internet banking. If you don’t get this sorted then delete the app completely an reinstall I am not sure which products you are on but you can do this if all the nitty gritties have been sorted on the bank side. I will see if I can find any solution if I know what transfers you want to do
