Payments accros boarders within

Hi . Please assist me . Somebody made a payment from Namibia standard bank to my south African standard bank account on Sunday at 10am . The person send a proof of payment but the money hasn't reflected yet .What might be the problem . It's now 41 hours I've been checking the balance frequently . Nothing . Thank you
