Reducing credit limit on revolving loan

How do I reduce the credit limit on my revolving loan?
I have emailed Standard Bank twice but no response

I would also like to know. You can decrease your overdraft but not your revolving credit.

I called and they advised that only the branch can assist. I went to the branch, no one knew how to decrease the limit. After an hour and 30min they asked me to come back at another time. This is ridiculous!

Hi just tried to reduce my credit card limit.

They tell me that you have to call in every month to reduce it.

So every month I have to go through such a arduous task & security check to reduce it.

why can't this be automated or done online yourself like other banks.

Very disappointing that you make it so time consuming to do this.

i will move my credit card debt to a more friendly bank.
