Good Day , I would like to fnd out what is happening with Retrenchements as I was Retrenched in April 2020 and have sent through the documents to Standard banks claims email as well as faxed them to date I have not anything other than a email saying they are busy and due to Covid 19 there are delays emailed the documents over a couple of times as well as went to a branch.
The little I had for in my account food & electricity Standard bank decided to take ALL of my UIF money.
This is **bleep**en appalling. Is that how Standard bank chooses to treat their customers?
